your going to love it bro... make sure to follow the dosing provided on the video... general dosing is 2 caps 30 minutes before each meal but if your going very heavy on the carbs at a particular meal then up it to 3 caps prior...

you can also take 1 cap 3 times a day if you are not eating high calories etc... there are many ways to optimally utilize it but the right way is all dependent upon your goals...
