Ahh that makes sense guys, thanks for the input. i'm also just beginning my SARMS as well, green tea sounds easy enough it's just morning is hard enough for me as it is haha so gettign up and making a cup of tea and drinkin it back is time i dont have. i'll give it a crack though.
I also find my calves fuckin kill, and I drink approx 4 liters of water a day so it's not dehydration, could it be low potassium? (bought kiwis)
