What time in the day does everyone take there dosage? Pre workout or post morning or evening ?

Asked all the time. Most replies say morning - pre-workout

it doesn't matter. split the dosage or take 1-2 hours before activity

It really doesn't matter. Take it whenever is the most convenient for you.

I normally tell my clients to take it at breakfast so they don't forget to take it later in the day
