N2burn and N2slin log

I was picked by hurricane (cheers bro!) to run N2burn and provide a log/review - here it is :)

First off, I want to say how amazed I was at the shipping. I live in the UK and my package arrived within 5 days which is awesome. Normally I wait 3-4 weeks for my supps - Need2 wasn't messing about, this was unbelievable!

I'll be running this for 4 weeks at 3 N2burn ed and 4 N2slin ed. The bottle of N2burn says to do 4 per day but I only have 90 tablets and three a day will last me 30 days. I also struggle to sleep if I have too many stims in the afternoon so figured this would work better for me.

Stats: 25, 5'9, 183lbs and approx 12-15% body fat (I haven't had this checked so this is just a guess)

Diet: generally the same each day.

8am 2slices whole meal toast + jam with 2 n2burn
9am workout
10:30 PWO
11:30 steak + cup of basamati rice + 2 N2slin
2pm 1n2burn
2:30 50gs almonds + banana
4-4:30 chicken breast + cup of rice + 2 n2slin
6:30-7 chicken/steak + cup of rice
8:30-9 whey shake + 50g almonds
11-11:30 sleep

I have an app on my phone that says this is approx 220gP 170gC and 70gF and between 2500-3000 calories. I eat this Sunday-Friday and let myself cheat on Saturday - gotta give into those cravings!! Lol

Workout: push, pull, legs, rest and repeat. I will post my workouts later. I also play 90 mins of 11 aside footy (soccer) every Saturday and Sunday.

Goals: maintain 180+lbs whilst dropping body fat. Ideally by the end of the 30 days I want to be able to see my abs and lose the fat I have around my lower back and waist.

It's the first time I've done any kind of log so if I've missed anything or if anyone has any feedback on diet, training, dosage I'm all ears. I will be updating this with progress pics, my workouts and all the positives and any negatives that I experience over the next month.

Thanks for reading and I'll throw up a pic and my first update once I finish work.

Thanks man! You should get it done! I've been running it for 4 days now and am positive come day 30 I'll be more than happy with my results.

I've noticed from the n2burn that the 2 pills pre workout are exactly what I need to drag my arse to the gym in the morning!! I was starting to lose motivation going first thing and was becoming too reliant on jack3d to get me out of bed but the n2burn has given me great focus and energy in my last 2 sessions without shrinking my cock for a good few hours afterwards like jack3d seems to do haha i haven't had any sort of crash from it yet and just feel all round more energetic for the majority of the day.

The n2slin seems to be keeping me pumped for the majority of the day as well. I know I'm no behemoth but my arms and shoulders feel a lot fuller throughout the day like i normally feel on leaving the gym. Only negative to note is a little heartburn but drinking more water has fixed this so no biggie.

Here's a pic of my starting point, I'll upload new ones periodically and a final one on day 30 so I can see how much of an effect it has had. Fingers x'd the link works!

Cheers mate, fingers x'd! I want to get me some abs!! Haha

Didn't get chance to update yesterday so here's my workout.

Pull day:

1.5 rep pull ups (3x8) all sets just using bodyweight
Wide grip pull ups (3x8)
Hammer grip pull ups (3x8)
Lat pull down (2x8 @ 150lbs 3x8 @ 185lbs)
Barbell row complex (x7 upright rows x10 yates rows x15 bent over rows) three times through with 1 minute between sets
Barbell curls 3x8
Hammer curls 3x8

Had 2 n2burn before hitting the gym and was sweating like a mofo throughout. Had the same rush of energy On my way there and blasted through it, these tablets are great at getting me out of bed and into the gym each morning! Had another at 2pm and was still going strong at work right up until 10pm. Started to feel a bit tired around 11 so went to bed and slept like a baby - this was unheard of when I was doing my OEP, alphat2, erase stack.

Still some heart burn from the n2slin but nothing too bad and still getting the pumped up feeling after I eat (which I love btw! =D)

Rest day today, legs tomorrow!

Leg day today and the N2burn had me pouring sweat out at a disgusting rate! Haha good workout though. As usual i was feeling a bit tired walking into the gym, after my first warm up set on squats i was amped and ready to go!

I'm currently recovering from a hamstring tear so I'm not going any where near as heavy as I'm capable of on my legs but have upped the volume to compensate. Here's my work out...

Back Squats:
49.5lbs 2x8
136.5lbs 1x8
181.5lbs 1x8
235lbs 3x8

Deadlifts:
136.5lbs 2x5
181.5lbs 2x5
235lbs 1x5
275lbs 3x5

Hamstring machine curls:
3x15 setting 9 (I have no idea how heavy this is the stack is jet numbered 1-30 :S ) these burned a lot!!

Barbell lunges:
88.5lbs 3x16 (8 each leg)

Hanging leg raises:
3x12

Cable crunches:
110lbs 3x12

Hey will why aren't u bulking up first bro , ur pretty lean to begin with ?? Or do u like the runners type of look ?

Nah not at all mate just wanna shift my gut and lower back fat over the next three months because I have 2 bottles of Epi to run in January with some RStransaderm and will be doing a lean bulk then. I wanna be at 185 10% bf by January so I can shoot for 200 at 10-12% in January

Nice goals man , you'll do it , and u got like barely any fat man , ur gonna look great when u lean bulk (no homo) lol, just saying

Haha cheers bro! I'll be starting 20mins kettle bell work x4 per week from Monday before breakfast. I will probably look to increase my calories by 500-600 per day as well by throwing milk into my shakes and adding some eggs and beans to my brekkie. Hopefully this should help lean me out a bit more without costing me muscle.

If u wanna lean bulk , kettle bell prolly ain't the best thing to do man , u should just do u work outs with higher reps and crazy intensity

Good point! I just wanted to throw in some fasted cardio on the n2burn and get really shredded but I hate the thought of jogging/cycling when I first wake up i figured kettle bells might make it a bit more interesting/bearable! Lol

Yeah, that sounds like a lot though. The store was out of 16kg kb's anyway so will have to wait. Think I'm just gonna go with 15-20 minutes jumping rope and maybe throw in some body weight drills during my intervals.

Today was meant to be push day, but I sucked!! I managed to get through 5x5 on bench @ 205lbs and then 2x8 of OHP @ 110lbs but felt weak, tired and sick throughout so called it a day. I'm gonna put it down to needing a rest after my leg day and will try again with it on Monday. Before that I have 2 games of footy to negotiate, hopefully the hamstrings are up to it =D

On the stack, I'm almost one week in and can notice already I'm looking slightly leaner around my belly and am starting to see some definition in my lower abs. This has been without any changes to my diet, a couple of cheat meals and no cardio. From next week I'll be adding fasted cardio 3-4x per week so should see some more rapid fat loss.

Leaning out around the midsection is always good. Keep it up!

Cheers man. Busy weekend had a 50th birthday party to go to and 2 games of footy. My diet pretty much hit the rocks with buffet food and pizza over the 2 days but with 3 hours worth of cardio plus one half arsed lifting session on the saturday morning I don't feel too guilty lol

Weighed in at 179.3lbs so am down about 4lbs. Legs are a bit sore from football so will start the am cardio from tomorrow. Heading to the gym now to try my push day again after Saturday's poor showing lol I'll post the workout later today.

Today's workout went a lot better than Saturday's. Aggression was good and n2burn had me sweating like a mofo, it took a massive effort to peel my t shirt off. Here's the workout...

45lbs 2x8
137.5lbs 1x8
181.5lbs 1x5
203.5lbs 1x5

45lbs 2x8
93.5lbs 2x8
110lbs 3x8

BW+ 60.5lbs 3x8

Standing cable fly superset tricep press downs:

12 reps each exercise 1 minute rest between sets x3

Front raises pushup superset:

17lb dumbbells x12 front raises + 10push ups 1 minute rest x3

Abs:

Hanging leg raise x10 superset cable crunch x10

keep it up man - def. will be checking in as i start the N2 Shred stack soon!

I do fasted cardio in the morning and u do get used to it after a few weeks. I like getting up now and along with diet i have noticed good results. Fasted cardio is treadmil, elliptical or even swimming for 45 minutes or so

It's gonna be tough to adjust to. Sometimes it's just too hard to resist the urge to hit snooze and roll back over! Haha

Today was pull day - my grip sucked which made it tougher than it should have been. All in all though a pretty decent workout though, worked up a good sweat and was at the point I couldn't grip/lift anything else by the end of it...

1.5 rep pull ups:
2x8
1x7 - grip gave in on last set.

Wide grip pull ups:
3x8

Hammer pull ups:
3x8

Chin ups:
1x8

Bent over row:
1x5 @ 45lbs.
1x5 @ 140lbs.
5x5 @ 183.5 lbs (these are a lot weaker than my bench at the minute as I had to drop them due to my hamstring injury)

Lat pull down
2x8@ 132lbs
3x8 @ 191.5lbs

Barbell curl
3x8

Hammer curl
3x8

Rest day yesterday, leg day today! Been struggling with a bit of man flu over the last few days but have been trying to maintain diet and training. I'll be sure to put a whole load of extra fruit in today for the vitamins to try and sort myself out.

Still managed to drag my arse to the gym this morning after popping 2 n2burn and necking a peak performance caffeine kick and did a pretty good job.

Back squats:

45lbs 1x8
110lbs 1x8
165lbs 1x8
225lbs 1x8
247.5lbs 3x8 (hammy feeling much stronger so really went for it today!)

Deadlift:

1x5 135lbs
2x5 225lbs
1x5 269.5lbs
1x5 313.5lbs (my PR is 335.5 so I was buzzing with this lift!)

Hamstring curls:

3x15 setting 9.

Called it a day here, I'd normally do some lunges and some ab work but I really wasn't feeling it with this cold. I'll add abs in tomorrow on my push day.

On a brighter note though, a few of the guys at the gym have been asking what I'm taking because my arms and shoulders have a lot more definition in them so fat loss is coming along nicely =D Weighed myself this morning and I am maintaining at around 179lbs so no weight loss since last time but I definitely look leaner - so far so good!!

Had to take the last 3 days off training due to this sickness, think I'm over it now though. I had to stop the n2burn over the last few days because my temperature was sky high but have jumped straight back into it today.

I love this stuff! 2 on an empty stomach when I woke up and I flew round the gym! I've been reading a lot about Vince Gironda last week so decided I'm gonna give his 8x8 workout a go for the next 4 weeks. Finished chest, back, shoulder today and the pump I have all over is immense.

Its good to here that your liking it bro.

8x8 workout? As in 8 sets of 8 reps? If so then DAMN that's a lot of sets. I think powerlifters but with a lot less repetition

Sent from my MB860

Yeah mate today it was chest back shoulders and was 2 exercises per body part 8 reps of each super settee with 30seconds of rest in between four times through

Bench press to neck vs gironda dips 8 x4
Sternum chins vs wide grip lat pull down 8x4
Lat raises vs shoulder swings 8x4

It's more of a hypertrophy programme than strength based. It's been called the 'honest workout' due to the low weights used, my max bench is 130kg but today I was doing it with just 65kg and that was heavy enough! Lol

Tuesdays workout:

Gironda 8x8 bi's, tri's, forearms.

Drag curls x8 seated curl x8 superset x4 (30s rest)
Behind the neck rope pulls x8 db kickback x8 superset x4 (30s rest)
Reverse wrist curls x8 wrists curls x8 superset x4 (30s rest)

Wednesday legs:

Back squat:
1x8 45lbs
1x8 137.5lbs
1x8 181.5lbs
1x8 225.5lbs
3x8 258.5 lbs

Deadlifts:
1x5 137.5lbs
1x5 181.5lbs
1x5 225.5 lbs
1x5 313.5lbs
1x5 320lbs

Noticed the appetite suppression of the n2burn for the first time last night and today. I just don't feel like eating and have zero cravings for anything which is good cus I normally pig out at 10pm when I get in from work.

Hit up the 8x8 again today, chest back and shoulders - I love this workout. Quick, energetic and the pumps I get are crazy! My chest was still sore this morning from Monday's workout but I powered through and got it done in 32 minutes.

Weighed myself this morning as well. Down to 176lbs with no noticeable loss in size and my strength was good yesterday. Back shoulders and arms is where I'm noticing most of the fat loss at the minute.

I've been nothing but impressed so far nightmare. Down about 6lbs and have managed to get into a pair of jeans that haven't fit me for about a year which means I've lost at least 1-2 inches from my waste.

Today's workout:

Gironda 8x8 bi's tri's forearms.

Usual superset of 2 exercises per body part 8 reps of each 4 times through with 30 s rest between sets.

Bb body drag curls vs seated db curls
Over head rope pulls vs standing kickbacks
Reverse wrist curls vs wrist curls.

I decided that this was not sufficient to call a full workout so threw in the following bb complex to get the heart race going.

93.5lbs

Power clean x6
Front squat x6
Military press x6
Bent over row x6
Push ups on bar x6

60s rest and repeat three times.

Day 25 now and I'm steadying out at approx 173lbs. 5 days left so I'll be happy to hover around here. Most noticeable weight loss has come from my arms, waist and lower back. I've dropped about an inch or two from my waist. All of my jeans are now baggy and I've had to punch extra holes in my belts.

I've also noticed that if I have a carb heavy meal with 2 n2slin and 2 n2burn a couple of hours before football I'm like a man possessed! Energy and aggression are through the roof on the pitch.

Cool, cheers bro. Not ordered yet gonna hang fire until the end of the month and wait for n2bulk to come out. Got a few things to pick up so makes sense to get it all at once and save on shipping.

Finished the bottle of n2burn and n2slin and overall the products did the job. I've lost about 1.5inches from my waist and am looking a lot leaner around my shoulders and back. There was some weight loss around my belly as well but nothing too great. If I was to get it again I would probably look to add more am cardio to help with that.

Finished at 173lbs so approx 10lbs weight loss over the four weeks. All of my t shirts still fit the same if not a bit tighter which is great because I know it means I have lost fat. Only downside is that all of my belts and jeans are too big now :( lol
