I have a bottle of each and really want to try them out. Do I follow the dosages on the bottle or NTBM site or does anyone have suggestions on dosing these?

If you aren't used to stims ease your way into them, they're both really strong, if you are used to stims have at it with the instructions on the bottle

I'm used to stimulants but ill still ease myself in to try it out and see how I react and go from there. Thanks for the help.
I followed the dosage on the site ( i have the n2shred stack and am currently on it )

I just followed the for men directions. Definitely found out the hard way to NOT take a PREWORKOUT with this stack. I couldnt sleep that night. n2sleep helped
If your new to stim cuts the dosage in half, not feeling anything try a day of the full dosage. What is your height weight?

I use the dosing on the site as I created the dosing on the site but I would cut that does in half if you are not used to thermo's or stims man. Add in some Need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day too if you like its got no stims at all.
I'd follow needtos advice on the n2burn since its his creation. Generally it's always a good idea to follow the bottle directions and start on the low side to asses tolerance with any new product.

Loving my current N2Burn run. Started at 2 pills per day, but have moved to 2 pills a.m. and 2 p.m. after 2 weeks of the stack and i feel a huge difference in energy
