Make sure you take it with creatine. Everything I've read says it doesn't work for shit unless you're taking creatine as well.

NO2 is pretty awesome. I have gotten good strength gains which has contributed to muscle gain. I'd personally go with PH if you are experienced. Of course, you must be eating a lot as well and getting enough protein. Everything pretty much narrows down to protein and calories bro.

What foods should I eat with the most protein, also, what should I eat in the morning 30 mins after taking the n02.

I paid 55$ for a 22 day supply. I was taking 8 caps a day. It was the MRI brand of NO2. The original one I believe. Hope that helps
