I just picked up a bottle of MRI's NO2, and I had a few questions that I hadn't seen answered in other posts. First of all the bottle sais take 3, 30 min before breakfast and 3, 30 min before lunch. Should I alter this to taking it before and after my workout like creatine? It seems like it would benefit me more after a workout since its supposedly enhances recovery. I usually work out after lunch around 2 or so. And do I need to worry about overworking as much if I'm taking this, I'm taking glutomine as well and I'm usually not very sore the next day when just taking that. Any interferrances with glutomine? Lastly should this be cycled or is it something that I can take constanly... I'm obviously not going to cause its too expensive, but just wondering if I would need to stop taking it at some point.
 
Dont take it after you train otherwise your sefeating the purpose, it would be like taking an ECA after you did cardio. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach. I found the Nitric Suspension by German/American labs is by far the most potent n.o on th shelves, i have been on it for a month and i used to rave about NO2, which is great but this is better.

Cool I might try that after the NO2 runs out. How many capsules of that stuff are you supposed to take i noticed it has like 240 caps in it or something.

Oh and how bad are the hydration issues with NO2?
 
hydration is not to bad while your on it, I seemed to feel the most thirsty during the workout than any other part of the day when i was on it. Just keep properly hydrated throughout the day even if you dont feel thirsty, found it worked best. As far as the number of capsules to take, just keep taking the recommended amount each day until youre done with the bottle. You should be fine
