it's half protein powder half weight gainer. it has carbs and fat, but not the huge amounts of cals that most weight gainers have. good product, but vanilla tastes like shit. Haven't tried chocolate.

The thing I like most is what is said above. It is like a weight gainer it has 80carbs and not an over amount of calories. It's good because you don't put on so much fat.
