So I went for a spray on tan yesterday, cuz I'm lookin a little pastey these days. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet though...It seems to be a little uneven. Maybe this will go away after I have a shower?
Anyone else ever try this? I figured I'd give it a whirl prior to using up my last tanning minutes, so by the time this washes off, I'll have some real colour.

I have a couple of friends who swear by it. It's just a bit on the pricy side for me to do all the time...so I've not done it. It's certainly a hell of a lot healthier for you than real tanning though. Keep us posted.

I get it done quit often too/ I also LOVE it. you can get 1 2 or 3 in levels. I usually get a 3 and you arent like tooooo dark. Its nice and like you said Raina WAY healthier

It is the machine type of tan, I went for level 2 and I'm not that dark...but really it's wintertime and who is? I figured it is safer then tanning beds, but it is expensive! $30 for one shot...we'll see how long it lasts. It looks alright, although there are a few spots that are a bit darker. On my hands you can see where I put the barrier cream on. Overall its okay I guess, probably go back to the tanning bed though. Was just bored and thought I'd see how it turned out! You're right ladies...it is much healthier! But I wonder aboutbreathing in the spray they use?!? That can't be good for you either.

I did a couple sessions before my brother's wedding last December so I wouldn't look too pastey in a black strapless dress up in the Great White North in the middle of winter. It was ok. I did the spray type. I dno't know what is "the machine type", I just held my breath during the spray. I felt sort of caked after.

You can either have a person sray you...or you can step into a large machine that mists you.

Im very fair so it lasts about 5-7 days (your the darkest 24 hrs after tanning)....you can go every wk.

to the OP- if your uneven, you needed to exfoliate BEFORE you tanned.

I did exfoliate before going....it's not that uneven, just in some places. Maybe I didn't wipe off the excess totally in those places? Thought I was pretty careful, but ya never know. Maybe they should include some hot young man to help you!! Oh well, at least I'm not all pasty and have some colour now.
