Mystery about going off Keto...

Just wondering... How do you (or are you supposed to) come off keto diet? Do you just suddenly add carbs to your diet, or do you ease into it?
 
ease into it. Start replacing fat with carbs on each meal and/or slowly increase cals(if you are going into bulking).

Your metobolism is too slow after a keto. Slowly increase carbs/cals and you increase your metabolism. Fruit is good for raising t3 levels which is what you want, just dont over do it with the fruit.
 
If you are coming out of Keto, and easing carbs back into your
diet, to the point where you aren't getting soft, carb days are
gone.
