Hi guys, I was looking for a good appetite suppressant and found this one, it 88% of positive reviews and was wondering if you ever took it, I tried to diet many times and craving for food made broke my diet many times, this product contain an ingredient called Pikatropin they say it helps to combat anxiety and promote feelings of calmness on your appetite, what do you know about this ingredient? So far n2slin has been working great and I'm looking leaner daily but as I dryer I get hungry and I'm drinking enough liquids every day, just the caloric deficit is hard to deal with. N2bm has the lipo-fit product with the girl on the label and that worked great for appetite suppression but the stimulant it quite strong and really non-stim is the main reason I picked N2Slin for my fat loss goals.

thank you.

Since you don't want high stim for appetite suppression I would look at green tea. It has a much lower caffeine content than coffee or black tea so you can drink it throughout the day.

The problem with appetite suppressant drugs/stimulants is that once they wear off, you end up ravenous and binging.

Here are some natural tips to reduce appetite:
1. Hot drinks help immensely with hunger. Especially green tea.

5. Caffeine greatly cuts appetite -> be careful with this one. Too much caffeine will burn out your adrenal glands and raise cortisol levels

6. Supplement with 10g psyllium husk before bed. Psyllium husk is a soluble fibre and gels up in your stomach, leading to an increased feeling of satiety.
