My Workout today....Shoulders or Nap?

I'm feeling a lil sleepy.... A nap would be nice....

My shoulders are da shit but I like doing shoulders..


Tough call here.
 
do 2-3 sets heavy and high intensity.. then take a nap.

dude you are posting a TON today.. you need to slow up so I can catch you!
 
Helll I always vote nap. NO matter what the other choice is.
 
I say do the lifting first... if you nap first, shoulders will never happen.
