One evening i was running in the dark at about 2 in the morning. This is the best time for me as it really gets my adrenalin up because i am really scared of being out that late. Also i try to go down to the bad part of town, you know on the other side of the tracks, so it is really scary. Also to make thinks more exciting i where a pillow case on my head with eye holes cut out. So I know this will really get people pissed. But it is late at night so kids are usually not out. The whole deal is just to make me run fast. And let me tell ya it is like taking 10 ripped fuel tabs. I can run like the wind.
 
i have been chased about 4 times. But no one can catch my ass because i am so scared. I hightly recomend this work out.. burn caloried to know end

I try to take a different route everytime. That way they will not be waiting for me.
This is purly for adrinelin purposes and i new it would scare the shit out of me and get me moving.. because i hate to do cardio so much. I also where a bullet proof vest just in case.

i dont know what you look like but i have this visual in my head.....more so, trying to determine what the hell i would do if I was out that early in the am and saw something like sprinting down the road. :worried:

just let me tell you I have really cut my time down on the my quarter mile..!!!
 
OH man i am tired. I have not been getting much sleep. Last night i kicked ass though was my fastest time ever. This time i ran through the alley it was even scarrier. There are a bunch of dog around one area. So i got some Lunch meat and hot dogs and tied them around me to get the dogs to chase me. OH man let me tell you this worked they were barking and chasing me I almost pissed myself after they started chasing me i only made it another 5 blocks before my legs started givving out. So i had to cut loose of the meat. Oh thank goodness this got there attention and they went for the meat instead of me. It was fucking close.
 
I have started a new exersise tech. where i lay on the ground and roll over and over and over. this seems to really work my abs good. But i do it in radom peoples yards. And this old lady dident see me and i knocked her over she fell like a rock. So went to help her and she was just laying there.. and her false teeth were laying in the dirt. I think she is happy though because she was all gums. those false teeth are strange. I think she is about 80 she said you son of a bitch . What in the fuck are doing rolling in my damn yard. You fucking bastard. how old are you . Damn it you are a grown man. So i helped her into her house and she offerd to fix me some food. She said I had to hump her because i knocker her ass down. I felt bad. let me tell ya that old lady could fuck. but her pussy hair was really thin . like she only had 20 or so hairs and they were really really long ... I wont do that shit again.
..oh and let me tell ya my abs are sore fuckers.
 
i was reading today about this lady she was so full of adrenalin she was able to pick up a car that had fallin on her husband. That is fucker strange shit. I wander how i can work that into my routine. I will have to find something really scarry. I will do some thinking on this one. and let ya know.
