1200AM LOW CARB MEAL BAR (EAS CARB SENSE)
2 handfuls of peanuts, some veggies and ff dip.........

I'm gonna hit a nice test 400 or sus 250 and EQ 10 week cycle...
I've been off for 4-5 months and cut pretty hard. 6'2...190....7%bf.....cardi daily and training at least 5x week in the afternoons....diet has been extremely low in fat and carbs and I'm looking pretty frail (mom says he can see my skull).....question is, do I need to ramp up my calories before I hit the gear or can I do both at the same time...also, should I nix the cardio or keep everything constant and just eat a ton more? Want to stay lean, but put on some mass...I know a little fat will come, but minimization is key!

i would keep the cardio sessions to minimum, no more thatn 3 a week.

i would just increase your calories by a minor amount -- to make it lean bulker cycle.

i.e. if your maintenece is 3000, eat 3500 -- don't be fooled by those who say you should eat 5000 calories -- this will just lead to fat gain.

your diet plan/ cycle looks good to me though. :) good luck

bulking......defiantely no cardio before eating....do it 3-4 times per week after training......way to many shakes/ powders.....you need to eat more food.....salad and bulking do not belong in the same sentence....

Actually, veggies and greens should be a staple in any diet....obviously, you need more calorie dense food, but never disregard the essential nutirents....too many shakes? Nah, I've been cutting for over a year.....stomach won't be able to handle that much food off the bat......progressivly change...thanks for you two cents bro........oh and cardio after training is something I will never do......my sessions are pretty intense and now way I could hit cardio afterwards.......I may lift first thing in the am and do cardio at night though.........that way I could slam a shake on my way to the gym in the am and have food in my stomach for cardio in pm....
