My winstrol cycle ---> assistance or comments pls

Hi everyone,

I am 26 years old and 6'0 tall and weight 170 lbs.
I have been going to the gym for quite a while now (2 years) and ive been taking proteins and other sorts of supplements, i have gained a good amount of muscle mass (my biceps, triceps, pectorals etc are big BUTT u would think that htey are fat because there isnt any definition)

for this reason i have began taking a winstrol cycle in order to define my muscles and decrease my belly fat (i am currently on a strict diet and do cardio 4 times a week for 45 minutes)

i will take it for 2 months and i just wanna know if this cycle is ok for me:

i will take winstrol 2 days a week, with each day consisting of 100ml, meaning i will be taking 200 ml of winstrol a week for 2 months..

is this ok or should i change my cycle?

im sorry we cant help you out with cycle advice here because you are to young.
 
i think that 100mgs 2 x a wk is pointless. you need to do 50mgs ed for a minimum of 6wks to see results. IMO you should do a 400 to 600mg ew of test cypionate, enanthate or sustanon for 8-10wks and grow off of that first, Then use the winstrol on your second go round at 50mgs ed for 6wks while still incorporating a small test dose as a base.

However, I personally think that at 6ft 170lbs you have alot of more natural growing to do.

so doing instead of using it 100ml in 1 day for 2 times a week do u think its better if i do it this way --> monday 50 ml, wednesday 50ml, friday 100 ml ? my doctor recommended me to do it eod instead of ed.. do u guys think i wont see results if i do it eod?
 
bro i wouldnt juice i would just hit the gym harder and do circut training it will take a lil longer maybe but better for you id say at 170 lbs and look fat you probably have a high body fat percentage so id do medium weight and lots of reps with lil breaks inbtween on top of your cardio allready gear is fine but you seem uneducated and you can hurt your self if your bodys not ready pm me and ill help you out i have some great work outs for cuttin you up
 
you want/need to have the compound you are using at a consistent level throughout the entire cycle. Your doctor should know that. check out this website. Granted I ma not a doctor and you should not take my advice over his/hers but i am speaking from experience.

dont get me wrong guys... i have lots of muscle mass as i have been doing a lot of low rep heavy weights for almost 2 years in a row, the ony thing is that i didnt do much cardio so my belly is a little fat and i dont have much definition..

so by taking wnstrol 100ml tuesday and 100ml thursday each week for 8 weeks i wont see any difference :S? my doctor told me to do it this way to take it easy on my liver since its a little high.. but he told me id get optimal results...

is he wrong?
(i figure u guys know more than him (he's skinny and no muscles ;))
 
id really like to see good results in these 1 month and a half of my cycle along with the diet and cardio..

so if u guys think that taking 100ml on tuesday and 100ml on thursday each week is bad and wont give me results then i will definetly change it!

but i want ur honest opinion guys..

if i use 100ml on tuesday and again 100ml on thursday each week for 7 weeks with diet and cardio will i see a good result? pls let me know my fellow bodybuilding friends haha :D
 
If your goal is to loose bodyfat, winny is not the answer. Strict diet with a thermogenic along with heavy ass big lifts (squats and deads) and cardio is what you need.

If you do what you say and use winny (at any dose/schedule) with diet and cardio, you will get no better results than if you just did diet and cardio. The winny might give you an appearance of being leaner due to less water retention, but this will only be temporary.

Winny isn't a fat burner. I wish it were :)
