If you aren't totally head over heels in like with this girl then why put up with constant bickering?

Alos, If you don't see yourself being in a relationship with her that will progress then is it fair to her to continue it? I mean, if she wants to be in one that will. If she is happy with a relationship that won't really go anywhere then go back to my first question.
