My Vitamin Pill

I am planning on making the following pill in size 00 to be taken once in morning and once at night:

300mg TRIBULUS PREMIUM
300mg AVENA SATIVA HIGH POTENCY
300mg LIPOIC ACID POWDER
50mg BIOPERINE

Look good?

i only use 10 mg of bioperine, im not sure if more is really gonna increase everything...maybe but some out and through some ginger in there too. Ray Sahelian ( great guy and Dr.) uses those together and patented them. Ill see if i can ge tthe specefics but i am home not at school where my bottle is. But biotest's tribex 500 is 750-750 of avena and trib. As long as it is a nice potency it worked great for me i acutally had to cut back to 2 caps a serving cause i was getting edgy from the rise and drop of levels. Just make sure you have some carbs and that at night cause slammin your blood sugar levels at night without carbs might effect your glycogen recovery (its a 24 hour [process]) But try it out maybe youll have the next big suppliment that you can sell for 500% markup and call it Deca-tech haha.....

Thanks for the great response, karma for you. I'm just making this for myself, but your advice on doses helps a lot. All the powders I'm using are probably much better in potency than Biotest though, so I think it will be okay? Any other input?

oh i got the bottle its actually higher in ginger root than bioperine ..its a 12 mg complex but also over 9 capsules haha so i think the 10mg should be well suffecient.... look up bioperine im sure if its trademarked or copyrighted product there are plenty of studies backin it up. No prob for the info.... karma for being open minded haha

I would definatly have thrown in Ginger Root also, but for some reason they didn't have any ginger root powder when I ordered from Beyond a Century. Now, I'm thinking of the following:

Pill #1:

500mg TRIBULUS PREMIUM
500mg LIPOIC ACID POWDER
20mg BIOPERINE

Pill #2:

1g AVENA SATIVA HIGH POTENCY
20mg BIOPERINE

What do you think of them? Is 2g ED of avena sativa too much?

im not sure....from what i understand it is best to spike up the LH (Lutenizing Hormone) in one or two good shots ..... maybe the original 500, 500 or 750 750 would be fine for the second pill....i here with the powders....so much cheaper..... Honestly Tribex 500 was awesome i cant imagine a high potency version haha. Stay with what youhad i think that'd work fine....yeah and 20 bioperine is cool. They sell it in 10 so you know 20 is a decent amt haha. the old take 2 when is says one rule haha. Cap like 2 weeks worth and see what happens and then do the rest. Experiment being you have the ability too. WIth teh trib and avena its pretty easy to sense the levels shifting i thought. I mean with amg-10 i couldnt really feel i could jsut see it. But the tribex it was emotional change as well as physical cause rather than sub a hormone iwas acutally increasing LH and nat. test which plays a huge role in mood. Test is an anti-depressant generally speaking. Im sorry if i am blabbering haha but i just got done playing a show and its like 4 am lol.... take care let me know how it goes for ya.
