My Upcoming Cycle + Diet - Karma! :)

Hi,

This is my upcoming cycle and diet. I am 5'11 - 180lbs 10% BF. I want to gain 50lbs of muscle mass in this 8 week period.

Cycle
1. Test Enanthate 500mg/wk - 8 weeks
2. Dbols - 10,20,30,40,40,30,20,10 mg/week# 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
3. Deca - 300mg/week

Post Cycle:

HCG 1000mg/wk for 2 weeks
Arimidex
Nolvadex
Clomid

Diet (per day):

24 egg whites
1lb of chicken
1lb of fish
1lb of beef
2lbs of nonfat cottage cheese
1 gallon of nonfat milk
2 protein shakes (@50grams protein/shake)
1 glass of fresh carrot juice
2 gallons of water

I have all the time and money in the world for this 2 month period. I want to gain 50lbs. What are your thoughts?
 
You ain't gonna get 50 off that....especiall tapering the d-bols up and only 300 mg decanoate per week
 
YOU WON'T GAIN NEARLY 50 LBS ON THAT CYCLE TAKE THE MILK OUT ALSO UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT HAVING A SMOOTH LOOK TO YOUR MUSCLES. BUMP THE ENANTHATE TO 1000 MG ON YOUR THIRD WEEK AND STAY ON AT LEAST 6 DBOLS A DAY TO START THEN BUMP IT UP AFTER 2 WEEKS TO 50 MGS PER DAY THE DEC IS COOL IF YOU CAN AND SOME HGH TO THE CYCLE AND YOU WILL SEE AWESOME RESULTS REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO KEEP UPING YOUR DOSAGES EVERY 2 WEEKS TO KEEP YOUR BODY IN SHOCK AND GROWING THEN TAPER IT DOWN YOUR LAST 3 TO 4 WEEKS UNTIL THE LAST TWO WEEKS OF YOUR CYCLE IS THE SAME DOSAGE YOU STARTED WITH THAT WAY YOU DON'T LOSE A LOT WHEN YOU COME OFF YOUR POST CYCLE IS GOOD BUT SEEMS A LITTLE TO MUCH YOU SHOULD BE FINE WITH JUST HCG AND CLOMID BUT START IT THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF YOUR CYCLE AND STAY ON IT FOR 3 TO 4 WEEKS AFTER YOUR CYCLE AND YOU'LL SEE GOOD RESULTS.

180 times 15 is main = 2700 calories PLUS an additional 3000 per day = About 6000 calories and that diet ain't gonna provide it.

Is it even possible to create enough hypertrophy to gain a pound a day? Not to mention recovery time, AS or not.

Very good point...on a freak that startes the cycle at say 220 or higher it might be (possible* as it is a lower percentage of the overall weight...but it would be unlikely in my opinion.

3 pounds per week is reasonable...
 
the only way your going to come even halfway to your goal if by taking at least twice at much carbs as protein

obviously the mass prediction is overestimated but in order to hit anywhere near what you said, your calories have to be through the roof - and dont shoot for lean gains (if that was what you were thinking with just the protein) just pure gross mass / pure bulkin .. so invest some of that money into oatmeal, pasta, rice ...
 
I would do a Test/Fina Anavar with a front load of D-bol......and NET 15 pounds over the eight weeks and look as hard as granite.
