I have a few bottles of S4 and OSTA from about a year ago. Think it's still good? Been stashed away in a plastic bag in a closet. So it has been in room temperature this entire time. What do you guys think?

When stored properly, gear is good YEARS past it's expiration. I see no reason SARMS wouldn't be as well.

That's s great stack actually. I see no problem at all with running that.

Not the stack i'm worried about really... it's the mixing of brands.

Mixing bands is no issue at all. Plenty of people use different brands, suppliers, etc. every cycle.
