it is illegal to sell more then ten to a customer with out a script of any kind. butleagaly you are alowed to buy up to 10 a week from the same drug store...and that's a fact. it has to do with some type of law that was passed to keep the rate of spreading infection through sharing the same needle. So basicaly if you want to press the issue ummm you can sue them for discrimination. who cares what you are buying them for...it could be a college project and you need them for a lab or something....what ever the case is you can hold them accountable on many counts....especialy to kind of announce speculation for what it's intended use is...almost like defemation of character......well sorry to ramble on...but to make a long post very short...it's your legal right to purchase 10 pins a week from the drug store.

yes it is.....it's a big thing that was past many years ago...think about it...there are needle drives out there that go around and hand people 3 free needles for ever 1 they bring to the truck.....you should raise some hell bro...you have the right to....the only reason why a pharm would not be able to sell is if they do not have that in stock!!
and it's against the law to question any one for something that is a service to the public....look bro what if you were a drugie and you needed to shoot up, and they did not give it to you and you died?? your family can sue...because it is your right to obtain something that is offered...it was truly against the law for them not to sell to you. but worse was to make you look like a spectical in front of customers....who wants that embarasement....

the same happened to me awhile back a buddy of mine was working at CVS and I asked him for the needles....
he told me that they do not carry the IM needles but he could give me the ones for the veins....well after telling him I can not use them he told me that CVS does not carry IM unless your doc sends them over to fill a script but they carry shit loads of the other pins...he then told me to go to another town type pharm and ask them for 3ml 25guage I told him I was kinda freaked out walking into a local pharm for that because I was unsure how safe it was...then he told me about the needle thing, and how it's against the law not to sell them to the public.. then he told me that the pharm can only sell me 10 pins..so jokenly I told my buddy I would go in for three days in a row and that would be enough...he then told me about the week thing...but that does not stop you from going pharm to pharm all day and picking up what you need....so I did what he said..I went to the pharm and some little prick highschool kid was working the desk. when I asked him for the pins he looked scared, like I was a crack head(mind you I was dressed in D&G..Any ways...the "doc" came over and I restated what I needed...he looked at me bit his lip and went and got me 8pins...it was all he had left for what I asked for..to make a long story short it is no ones business why you need pins, but it's your right as a person to obtain a service that is offered by the government.......I got my 8 pins for about $6.50 or something like that...he gave me a discount for not having the total I needed. then as I was walking out I asked him if this law my buddy was talking about was true...he looked at me and said
"unfortantly yes it's true."
then I told him I would be back next week.......

you should go back to that store around quitting time and see what car that guy drives... then come back sometime and put a 3cc syringe with an 18gauge pin through each of the sidewalls on all 4 of his tires. of course leave them sticking out so that he can easily see them when he comes out. wear gloves so you dont' leave prints

I'm a pharmacist...this is how it works--In some states a Rx is required. In others its "up to the judgement of the pharmacist" whether syringes are to be sold. They have the right to say no. dont push it...go to Getpiz.com like stated prior.
