If she is yelliing at you, then she knows your not performing
at your potential. You want to be/stay in good shape? It's gotta a price.
I'd want my trainer to threaten me with a cattle prod if I don't perform.
If she is over the top, then kick the bitch to the curb and find another trainer,
or do some research and make your own routine..like us poo' folk do :)

I hear ya!!! BUT I had a rough weekend and didnt sleep at all.. she should have been nicer and I cant cancel she says :rolleyes:
