so i was eating a can of tuna, which i hate, and i was choking it down as always.

so a piece gets lodged in my throat and i coudlnt get it out, so i puked up tuna all over the rest of my tuna.

now my throat hurts

the worst part is that i have to start over and am trying to choke down a new can

i dont man im trying to wrestle up a weight class and im killing myself with food, its like trying to bulk while sprinting 2 hours a day
