On other sites, they openly advertise them with huge banners listed across the top of their websites with direct links to them.

If they were so concerned about their safety, they wouldn't be paying money to advertise themselves across many bb boards.

Indeed. I actually am surprised at some things that go on other boards.

It's not that it can be taken either way. And I REALLY hope that people who read the interview don't think they can just keep doing what they are doing, because the law is written 2-ways-- the law is written ONE way -- there just isn't any SPECIFIC case law on this...

There are many cases that are VERY similar though... and it wouldn't be a far stretch of the imagination for the feds to put together a case against companies of this nature... not hard at all if you read the interview again.



Hence, we are helping them out.
