My theory??

I've been dieting for almost 2 months and I can honestly say that it's working greatly! I can see my abs for the first time in my life.

Although, it's the end of the summer, I very tempted to go on my bulking cycle and really start carbing up.

However I have this hypothesis that if I get down to about 6-8% bodyfat (which will happen maybe in another 1 month and half of hardcore dieting) my body will eliminate that really stubborn fat around the love handles and when I start my bulking up phase there won't be so much fat deposited it there because I really depeleted it well.

Think of the professional bodybuilders who bulf but kinda stay lean throughout the year, you can always see their abs. Or, when a person does lypo-suction around their stomach, the last place fat will accumulate on the body is that section.

Well thats my theory! Who knows....I'm gonna diet anyways and see if it works.

What do you guys think ??
 
macDbol um... its all genetics. Usually the first spot to "get fat" will be the last spot to loose when dieting

And the fist place that regains fat when you start bulking.
 
You can NOT compare a bodybuilder to a person who had lipo.

The reason the pros have abs is b/c there abs are so huge they show through the fat.

The reason a person with lipo puts fat back on their abs last is b/c the doctor has removed the adipose tissue in these areas vs. just making them smaller, which is what dieting does.
