Ok I don't have a B.S. in excercise physiology but I do pretty well for a amateur. Heres my theory on arm development through my years of experience ..

I have noticed that on days when I work tri's and bi's TOGETHER they respond ALOT better then when I do them on separate days. (i.e. chest & tri's or back & bi's)

I mean its really noticeable. Even more so when I'm gas'in .. This is why I think so ..

1) when your working out bloodflow stays all in one area.. giving you better pumps. I know its tearing muscle fibers that actually makes you grow.. but all that bloodflow must push more water into the area for growth when sleeping ..

and

2) When you sleep and your tri's and bi's are both craving for protein synthesis together .. so since all of the "synthesis" is done in the same general area you grow better overnight ..

Can I get some feedback on this ? Or can someone give me some scientific backup .. ?

I realize everyone is different but I don't think that it can vary that much in a situation like this if I get results SO much better when I do them together..

iam dont know but iam a future dentist:D i tell you what i know..you could have a point BUT everyone is different..some people get better gainz when doing lets says bis/back and tris/chest...

oh yea to have a B.S. in excercise physiology or a Phd you have to take a lot of science right? and how many years...to become a dentist its about 6 years..what would make more money?just wondering

welli think it depends... I would say that you play a much bigger role in your success with a physiology degree or excercise fitness than a dentist. The fitness industry is very profitable, but is not as broad as dentist. You really need to have alot of drive. I mean everyone needs there teeth fixed. Not every one gets in shape.

I know a guy with a excercise physiology degree from northeastern who just a job as a gym manager and is no way making more then 45,000. My friend is straight out of college with a b.s in excercise fitness and making 30,000 plus training incentives.

Dentists have a HUGE market and I'd say its more demanding. All dentists i know are loaded.

but I'm transferring into a kick ass School of managment at a great university .. in january so that tells you were i think the
money is :D

some will gain more doing tri's after chest (bi's after back), then again maybe for you it is different OR maybe when training only arms you put more effort in it. If hitting the chest real hard, changes are you will take it easier (without noticing or wanting this) on your tri's because they will be exhausted faster and you have enough before they are broken down.

On the other hand if you train every bodypart only once a week, with option 2 (only arms), arms are getting a semi-workout when doing chest/back. This also could give you a boost.
If this is the case then when only doing every part once a week, best is to choose for option 2.
