Hello all, Im sure there have been a million threads about this but its late at night and ive decided to post my very own Trex progress thread.

First of all, i'd like to say that i've heard many great things about the product and ive been meaning to try it for about a year and now finally i got the chance.
SInce i live in vancouver, Canada the Trex was a bit expensive ($75 USD for a 180ct bottle but what the heck).

So this is my 2nd day of taking this stuff, yesterday i only took 1 pill for starters as recommended. I didnt feel much, just a slight increase in my activity and energy level. Today I took 4 pills, 2 in the morning before work and 2 after work. Its really great the level of energy i have especially at the gym which ive gone to after work. I just keep going and going and going. Right now im trying to shed about 15 lbs so hopefully with a decent diet, a good workout cardio program and a little boost from the Trex i can maybe achieve this in the next 5 weeks or so. One major unsuspected side effect ive noticed however that ive noticed from taking Trex so far is that....contrary to the claimed "appetite Suppressant" qualities on the bottle label i am INCREDIBLY HUNGRY all the time so i'd say i eat more than usual although not much more....has anyone of you who has used this product experienced intense constant hunger with it? lol i hope im not the only one. Anyways ill keep updating this thread as time goes on and id like to invite you guys and gals to maybe reply with some Trex tips that worked for you such as time of the day best suited to take the pills, diet to go along with this etc. I hope im not posting something that 1.000.000 people have already posted although I probably am. as i said, ill keep you posted with my progress (usually even without proper nutrition and thermogenics/stimulants i loose a lot of bodyfat fast so im curious if Trex will speed this alot.)

Are you eating carbs? Drinking LOTS of water? I usually stay at the same level of hunger, just with a lot more energy, but I cut on CKD and eat few carbs, contrary to the recommendations of the label.
