Okay so as far as supplements go I always start my day with an Animal M-stack if I'm bulking or Animal Cuts if I'm cutting. On workout days, I take the M-stack half an hour pre workout, off days, between meals. These work well for me, I like the results I see from each. Ive never had any side effects from the M-stacks and it wont increase appetite or make you fat from what I've experienced. The cuts causes a slight loss of appetite, but its dealable and even helpful I think when youre cutting weight. I usually take Muscletech Nano-Vapor as a pre workout formula, meant to give you off the walls energy and make you sweat uncontrollably along with several types of water retainers (if you like those), which nets out your water weight. It uses a creatine formula to retain the water and a stimulant that raises body heat to sweat it out. I greatly approve, though just like any good supp you must cycle it, because after a few weeks your body adapts and it wont have any effect. Post workout I use a simple heaping teaspoon of Creatine monhydrate. Cheap as all hell but quality and effects are through the roof. From what I've experienced it helps with soreness but keeps the swell effect you love. Speeds up muscle recovery nice.
