My suggestion regarding Karma.

Is that after a certain amount of time you should be able to give karma to the same person twice without having to give it to like 20 people in between. There aren't many people here who make posts I consider worthy of karma, and it is spivvish that I and I would imagine other people get the old 'you must spread...' message most times they try to give someone karma for legitimate reasons.
