yeah, the winny/fina combo will give you great strength gains...throw in a little suspension and it gets even better. Be carefull though, your strength will go up faster than your tendons and joints can adapt. Right now I am on fina/winstrol and am making sure to only go very heavy every other workout. On the light workout I push it by lowering rest intervals and using stuff like pre-exaustion (still with heavy weights...just not new PRs though). My joints feel better training this way and muscle growth is also alot better.
A good rule of thumb is to never go for a new max weight on consecutive workouts with the same exercise...that is how you will get hurt. I learned this the hard way
