Make sure diet and sleep are good and your not in an overtrained condition. I sometimes hit PR after a solid 2 weeks off.

3000 calories. at least i get 100 g of protein. I weigh 180 lb
if i didnt eat enough protein. my strength wont increase ?
you are right. but for pure strength do i have to eat enough protein ?
im in week 3. So far, my weight increased 1.5 lb. is it normal ? or i should gain more weight on this cycle ?
