my strength dropped

hello. im on test e 500/w and dbol 30. the end of first week my deadlift increased 10 lb. now im in the mid of week 2 my deadleft dropped 20 lb !!!!
any thoughts
 
Hahaha this OP is hilarious. Some days you are stronger than other days. Much of that is mental. One deadlift session means absolutely nothing hahahaha
 
It's very mental the 1st few days of a cycle, sometimes I think of competing in the WSM....then reality hits.

(it helps that there's a guy my gym thay looks like Nick Best. Puts it in perspective)

Make sure diet and sleep are good and your not in an overtrained condition. I sometimes hit PR after a solid 2 weeks off.
 
you are right. but for pure strength do i have to eat enough protein ?

You need to eat enough protein to properly repair and build muscle fiber. This will effect muscle mass, strength gains, muscle recovery.. ect. You should shoot for at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight like Rick said.
 
im in week 3. So far, my weight increased 1.5 lb. is it normal ? or i should gain more weight on this cycle ?

You should have gained more by now in my opinion. I would thnk you would have gained more in just water weight by now. I don't believe you have gained anything positive at this point. If you are looking for strength gains, train hard, and give your body the fuel it needs that we discussed
