After that you get locked into a routine, only free time was three hours after church (at least signs in) on Ricky Sunday. Everyone goes to church to get the Chapel rag. Every time you pass through the tunnel under the street you have to sing Anchors Aweigh.

redguru said:Snipes Castle eh? I did Boot camp, BE&E and ET "A" at Great Mistakes. I returned to GL about a year later after completing Naval Nuclear Power School at NTC Orlando. I returned to Great Mistakes after I dropped out of prototype reactor training to finish portions of ET "A" school nukes didn't take.
Too much politics for reactor quals. "Sorry, I won't sign you off till you buy me and my buddies a coke" doesn't fly with me. Now I guess there are seperate Nuclear Power schools for the MM,EM and ET ratings.
