I've never had kids and I doubt that I ever will. I have friends that have them and few of them say the same thing. Having a kid was the coolest thing that they've ever experienced. Watching them learn to walk and talk was priceless. However, once the kid reaches 8 or 9 years old and develops enough skill to lie straight to your face without being busted, it sucks from then until the kid moves out or ends up in a youth home.

Good luck-and be glad you have a boy. They're tougher to potty train but they can't get pregnant.
