I have everything else in place and i'm set to go. just one last questions fellas: Should my sodium intake be high or low on a 8 week winny/anavar cycle?

Low, unless you really like water retention.

Sodium is not very good for your ticker either. Keep it down, but not too low... cuz you need to to operate.
