My shoes stink

The addidas I workout in, they stink. I dont know what to do to get the smell out. Would be nice to wash them, but it's shoes.

lol what's that supposed to do? Cant freeze the smell. Plus, I dont want my fridge to smell like my shoes.

dump an ass load of baking soda in them everytime you wear them. deoderizes the smell and soaks up perspiration. plus wash your stank feet

By putting them in the freezer the h20 in the offending odors will form crystal lattice thereby separating from the aromatics and reduce dramatically the smell. Its the same principle thats been suggested to purify seawater. The salt gets locked out of the crystal. Also why fruit is damaged when frozen.

i had a pair of air worms that got soaked at six flags and REEKED for ever after UNTIL i dumped arm and hammer in em and wore em around for a while. it worked

Best solution: Buy a fabrick refreshner. I hate shoe-smell to can stand smelly shoes.
You cannot wear the same shoe every day. I only use socks once (twice max) and rotate my shoes everyday.
If shit still happens, I go to fabrick refreshner.
