please help me out here.. i Live in California, and i got cought being around people that were smoking marijuana and i was lighting it for them i wasnt doing it but they were.. this happend in high school, and whne the police chgecked me i had nothing on me.. but i got suspended until furthuer investigation.. pl someone tell me what i can do.. im VERY scared

First of all the last thing that you need to do is miss anymore English classes. Whew!

Second, if they found nothing on you, what grounds do they have? I mean, they have to prove you are guilty. Get a lawyer and SUE!!

Or.... you could just take the suspension and use the time to hit the movies, beach, mall, or bong. Just don't tell your parents.
