I was like that as well. I went to the doc, the doc felt up my balls (it was kinda weird having some other dudes examine your balls up close *he says, "mm hmm, mmmmm hmm, just what I thought, you were wearing cotton earlier today. Why the switch to linen?" no not really. he just stared at me and said, "well, it's not too bad, you just have cancer" no not really either, but what he actually did say was, "you're doing fine. just keep hangin' in there". He said that while knelt on his knees though, so I dont know if he was talking to me or not.
