my right nipple

Hey guys, i'm a little bit concerned about my right nipple. Today, I get back from the gym, change my clothes and kick back with a lucious protein shake and then my little pug dog jumps on me and his paw hit my right nipple. It hurt like a bitch, so I go to check it out and it feels like there is something in it. I'm not in any pain, accept for when I apply a decent amount of pressure on it. What the fuck????

I'm currently on nothing. I'm almost two months post cycle. I took sustanon 250, winstrol, Fina, Prop, and finished off with clomid. And my right nipple feels like it has fluids or something in it.
