My rats won't sleep!!!

Currently have my rats finishing their second week and there's some shit going on in the cage. Ill explain...
I have them on
25mg mk
10 mg gw split 5mg am 6 hours later another 5mg before workout
Forma 7am and 7 pm
Creatine nitrate
Raspberry ketones
Multi vitamins
Test infusion
3caps n2amp and c4 pre workout
And about to bring in n2slin

They start to workout at 530ish and go till roughly 7 no problem and tear shit up.
The c4 and n2amp cause some stim dik and that eventually goes away. At night they are awake. Period. Toss turn and then sweats come on. 3 out of 5 nights. Not too bad but they sweat. Sex drive isn't strong but def not gone. Aggression is def up. Strength is up. Drive is up. Appetite is unusually low but force fed 3 meals a day at least. I know their not eating enough.

Any suggestions as to how to get these fury little bastards back on the right track, or on a better track?

I think the restlessness is from the pre workouts being taken too late. I can't help that. It is what it is. Anything else can be critiqued. Or should I tell them stop being pussies and man up it comes with it and just handle it?
 
Yeah...as long as the Sarms are being taken relatively early, my money is on the pre workout supps

When I give my rats their Sarms too late they can get restless
 
After a long day the pre workout is a must for them. Maybe take it a bit earlier and make them hit cardio a little harder? Should any of this affect sex drive? It's just "off" idk how to explain it. Sometimes their humping everything. Next min they're not interested, but the pole always goes up.
I feel a bit like a scatter brain.
 
I don't see how it wouldn't be up strictly from the forma alone...i'm a chick, but after barely a week on forma (high dose) i'm already having sex dreams on the reg lol even during fucking naps
 
I guess pre workout can cause fatigue to the adrenal gland which could cause sex drive to lower until it recovers...
 
part of your problem is mental bro... your just going to have to get past that... or get some cialis... lollll

i have never had issues taking pre workouts late but we are all different and that could definitely be possible in this circumstance...
 
stop taking the preworkouts or take them much earlier and change up your schedule.

you are pretty much having caffeine in your system at night. that is gonna effect your sleep.

also if appetite is down from those stims its gonna cause your rats to toss and turn as well.
 
Everything you guys (and ladies) are saying was kinda my initial thought too, except for the cialis thing lolol (I have a feeling that's left over pre workout giving me that feeling as well).. I guess sometimes we just need someone else to tell us.

P- tell me more about these dreamssss you're having, so we can, umm, compare notes and naps and stuff. Lolol

Thanks guys. Ill try switching it up a bit and take the pre workouts earlier. I don't wanna ditch em cause my workouts are insane with them. I gotta figure this out.

I don't like stims for this reason bro.

you are gonna get used to them and like you said you are gonna become dependent on them to get in a workout. caffeine is something that i understand some people can't go without. but at the very least don't consume it past 1pm so it doesn't screw with you when you go to bed. i think you will be fine bro not using stims preworkout. i feel blah sometimes too after a long day at work, but when i park my car and see hot chicks going into the gym i get pumped up and i am ready to kill it. so you will be fine trust me. also switch up your music on your ipod to give you some motivation

my X was addicted to diet soda which had caffeine, and she had insomnia bad. one time she posted a pic on facebook complaining she couldn't sleep and in the background on her nightstand was a diet soda bottle. her problem was right there for her to see but she didn't want to give up her addiction i guess or was unable to put the puzzle together
 
Why not try to take the preworkout/workout before work? or real early in the morning? If you sleep fine then that's it. For me, if I take a stim past 4p.m. I won't be able to sleep. I have a fucked up stomach tho... I can't even drink preworkouts or I'll throw up 30 min into my workout. I started drinking a cup of black coffee on the way to the gym and I love it... helps me not feel like shit while I'm working out but still get the preworkout jitters.
 
yea, i think its pretty unanimous that i need to either take the pre's earlier or like joe said try and do a real early am workout with em... i mean, i dont NEED a pre workout.. i just prefer it while running shit. gives that extra little bit, and all of us who cycle know every little bit helps. so, looks like ill be switching some shit up... ill try taking it earlier today, and if that doesnt work ill shoot for the early morning workout.
 
sex drive thing is from the preworkouts.....jack3d does that too me bad. it probably is much better during the day before the preworkouts isn't it?
but you could add in some DAA into this cycle and really up your test.

i would try taking less stims....you could still use the preworkout, just nock out the diet pills or vice versa. they both combined have probably 4 or 5 cups of coffee/caffeine combined.

you could try melatonin to fall asleep, but normally if you worked hard enough at the gym you should be tired. if you didnt, then you could have energy. try getting up and doing some abs or pushups.
healthy sleeping as I have read recently occurs when a person turns everything off (TV, books, etc) and does nothing for an hour or two before bed. just talk to your gf/wife or think about your day tomorrow/make goals for the future. it is the proper way to wind down before bed......sounds stupid to me, i gotta get my sportscenter in, but you could try it.

yea, youre def right... ive been payin attention to how i feel all day and its def the pre workout. i kill it in the gym but for whatever reason, thought of work, life stresses ect is keeping me up combined with lingering pre workout in my system. i get out of the gym roughly 7-8pm and im in bed by 11... its still there u know. so ill tone it down a bit an see how i do with less.

I would stay away from any stimulants/pre-workouts for a little while and see if that helps.
Careful of what you ingest in the evenings as well such as too much caffiene.
 
Wow my rats are so aggressive lately. They go from 0-100 In 1.5 seconds and back to 0 just as quick.
This shits a trip. They weren't this aggressive on cycle. Not nearly. Crazy...
 
So I had to stop running my sarms cycle. I haven't been able to get to the gym as often as I'd like and it just made more sense IMO. I had so much energy and a lot of what felt like built up agression and wasnt able to let it loose cause i was hung up at the office, or family shot was happening, all un avoidable situations... so i Stopped the gw and mk on the 9th however still running the test infusion. :(
