my progress

i have been dieting for about 3 weeks now i have been on stimerex with ephedra

is the progress that im makeing good or bad?

when i look down at myself i dont see much change but i feel as if something has changed im also takeing water pills on have been for about 2 days though damn blue pee is creaping me out that they said thats normal i ahve lost 22 pounds in 3 weeks pics below but please dont bother to comment on my backnee its due to the cheap underarmer i have
dont judge till you see the finshed product ;)
im going to start a log just not yet when i start school and can get to a gym

oh and if anyone has any tips on a good soap for he "backnee" i would realy like to get my hands on it its pissing me off

Yea, can def see progress from week to week. Keep up with the diet (and ditch those shitty supps you are taking andp ut your money towards good foods) and exercise/lift hard and you keep making progress.

22lbs is ok for the first 3 weeks as im assuming most is attributed to water weight, but that is not something that is healthy on an average. Try to stick to losing no more than 3lbs per week (I normally wouldn't try to lose more than 2) to ensure you are retaining as much LBM as humanly possible!

Good job and keep with it my man, you look good!

yeah you can def see a difference...and if you feel better like you said then that's a first step towards a new you. the longer you keep this up the better you'll look and the better you'll feel....post your diet when you get a chance...and your stats

Sure..

I think the 22lb is mostly water due to the fact that you were taking water pills (not necessary) and because mostly of the lifestyle change that occured. Your body, which was probably used to taking in the typical american way of eating (lots of carbs, sugars, sodium) was probably retaining A LOT of water.

When you introduce the aspects of proper diet, lots of water, and exercise your body will react to this and shed water and make you feel less bloated.

As you continue to exercise you will notice that the weight you are losing will not be 7lbs per week, but rather 1lb or 2lbs. THIS IS GOOD!

We, as humans, need to eat. If you do deprive yourself of the nutrients and carbohydrates your body needs to run, it will do the same thing that a car does when it runs out of gas. The key is to eat a well balanced diet (for you, i don't ever expect to see it hit below 2000 calories) and lose at a steady rate.

Ultimately, our goal is to help you shed bodyfat and not weight. I want you to be one ripped up bitch by new years, so do yourself a favor and don't starve yourself. We all have been at that stage where we think it is the best way to lose weight, but it will result in a failure and you will likely end up gaining the same weight back as all fat!

so just keep consistent with an overall clean diet, and do not be afraid to reward yourself along the way with some cheat meals!

i know i need to eat 6 meals a day im working my way up to that the pills im taking had me eating 1 meal a day for sometime so i dont think my body can take jumping right up to 6 meals a day from one a day

Just be careful with the water pills... IMO they aren't the healthiest of choices for a person trying to get fit.
 
Great job, Ice-Man! Don't even worry about the acne. As a matter of fact, get over your body shame NOW and start acting like the HulK! Go shirtless....throw your chest out, shoulders back, gut in and strut! FEEL your new body while it's developing! FLEX your muscles, pose in the mirror! Keep us posted and let us know the status of your enlistment!
 
Definetly work your way back into eating... that daily intake right there is NOT enough food :)

... I haven't a clue of your stats though, so I'm not positive.
 
lol when i look in the mirror after a workout i go straight to the shower i bulk up what muscle i do ahve and i like where im getting and im not stoping till im happy with my self

How close are you to meeting you enlistment criteria.....and are you still planning on doing that? Keep it up and you'll put most of those fuckers in basic to shame! You also need to post up your workouts (and the times you are doing them in relation to your meals!) Lotsa bros here can help you tweak it. Don't be shy....we realize you are just starting and your workouts wil be pretty slim right now! Post up, bra!
 
well right now my workouts are slacking due tot eh fact that my brother just got back from A school and hes leaving in 2 weeks for 3 years in japan hes a master at arms in the navy. my workout varys i change it all teh time i always do cardio and some type of weight lifting i workout everyday of the week. when i start going to the gym when school starts ill get a routine made up.

what i need to do is get my stammana higher and get more flexable

sorry all been kinda busy just finished working out about to do some situps i havent had much time havent workout for 2 days i feel bad about that ive just started school and im hanging with my brother he leaves on the 11th so im stending as much time with him as i can every thing is draining all my energy. Oh and i think it is my fur coat coming in my brother looks liek he has a sweater on year round lol

but im now 212 gonna be 210 by monday i will post up some new pics then im gonna be f-in pumped when i see the 1xx's woooo

dont sweat not working out for 2days..your body needs to recover from the abuse! recovery is very important, and so is reality! get back into it whenever you can and you will be fine
 
yeah i kinda misssed 2 more day just got back from teh airforce base like 2 hours ago had do do all this runing around getting paper work filed and got sworn in for the marine corp. so im now 1 step closer to being a marine the weight i had to hit was 209 at the recruiters office i was 212-211 so they said alright your not eating or drinking for 2 days i said yes sir they went to walmart for me a sauna suit for like 6$ made me get in the bath room turn on the water as hot as i could get it and sit there for about 1 hour i did that 2 times i was 206 at the weigh in i was just laughing my ass off when i saw that

well sorry i havent posted any photos or any real update just been runing around like a chicken with my head cut off for the past week or so

i will post some more pics when i get a working cam if i can get one by this time next week i will post some new photos i fear there hasnt been much change although i said that last time never know

Congratulations and Thank You for your decision to serve your country by joining the Marines. Don't worry about losing any more weight, when you get to Basic it will disappear like magic (and you will wish you could eat 6 times a day).
 
well my plan is to be atleast 180 when i join if not 175 but im sorry to let you all down i have hit a wall i was working out in my home the other day when i steped on a plate and sliced my foot up badly i got 12 stiched ill be back in action in about 10 days i hope

but what i realy need is a new energy pill i was takeing stimerex with ephedra but now that the new ban is out cant get that so i need a new one if someone can point me in the right way i would be very happy :)

and i know diet is the best way to lose weight but when i was on them pill they was doing the trick 1 pound every day made me very happy would like to see that again
