The problem I have with dieting is that I have to mind certain food and such and blah.. my last diet I did very well on because I just cut out certain foods.. like cheeses and butter instead of trying to manage them... anyone else have any other foods I could just cut out and still get by...
I am starting a cycle pretty soon and I will be eating pretty much Red meat, chicken, pasta rice and a slew of veggies. Im not looking for protions or anythign like that I can take care of that I just want some basic foods I shoudl look at so I don't get too bored....
