My Plan/Your Thoughts

Originally, i wanted to get my bf% down to under 10, but with my current lifestyle and my inability to due morning cardio, it would prob take another 5 months. cutting is really hard for me since i love to eat and i smoke a lot of weed. im currently 1 week away from pct right now and im currently eating maintenance which is around 2700-3200 depending on my activity level for the day. my next cycle isn't happening for another 4 months which is going to be a lean bulker. right now im 225 and ill be trying to hit 240-250. until that cycle, ill be switching from maintenance and surplus in 2-3 week cycles with sesapure, glucorell r, purcee and amp02. once im done with my cycle ill be dieting back down to 225 and hopefully 10%. my prob right now is that id like to be bigger and gain more muscle in my trap region which is where im lacking a lot of muscle and eating at a defecit isnt helping this. just wanted to lay this out and see what you guys thought. your advice and thoughts are always appreciated.
 
Comming off is a wierd thing (at least for me). I really like being lean. However, when I come off if I try to stay lean I tend to lose more mass than I would like. Then I start to get bummed out (a viscious cycle can start to happen). Since you want to stay bigger I would advise not going into caloric deficet cuz you will prolly lose more mass than you desire. When I come off now I actually say fuck it (I still eat clean but really pound in the calories so as not to lose much while my hpta is in recovery). I also cut way back on cardio. I lose a little sharpness but I always get it back a few weeks later.

Not sure if it makes sense or gives any insight
 
no, that def helps. its hard for me to really eat a lot bc i was on a defecit for so long. i really want to eat but then this little voice inside my head says no, you'll gain fat, don't eat anymore.

Holy shit...I am so with you on that one. I have that battle all the time. Then I drop 5 lbs and I am like mother fucker it is going to take me a while to get that back. And I am going to lose all of those cool veins while doing so.

If you want to gain mass, increase caloric intake. BMR + 20-30%
