Good base! Biggest advice - DON"T DO AAS!!!!!! You don't need it to build.

What are your goals? You have a great base, some nice shape & leanness. From an aesthetics standpoint, in your first & 4th pix (back & front relaxed poses) you have a nice broad width in shoulders & pecs, but relative to those, your arms look sort of small, although in the most muscular pic they look nice. Legs as well. Only suggestion I'd make is continue to eat & train to build up some thickness in your quads, arms, continue to build thickness in chest & back, keep the food clean & enough protein to build but not get the bodyfat up.

Can you post up your current diet & training?

What fats are you getting in? And what is your total cals?

Do you have enough energy for the intensity of lifting I assume you are pursuing? (LOL "Low carb" for me is like 20 g carb....) My reason for asking - you are already nicely lean - you have room for some extra bodyfat if you use a higher carb amount to support some serious muscle growth.

You might be interested in using some creatine too?
 
I use omega3 and good fats only :D I'm quite lean because I'm runing to keep fit I do a lot of areo to have a good condition this is a reason.Yes I have energy.200gr/kg carbo is not very much I eat carbo before and after training.You have right that low carb is 20gr/kg we called this CKD diet but it is too regoristicly.

You said I should grew up when I'll eat more carbo?I won't make fat I'm intresting only in lean mass.Now I'm using XP(creatine) + Volu-Mass 5.0(proteins) thats all...

So your goal right now is build lean mass. What I was saying is that you are lean already - and w/ your running, you should be able to increase your carbs a bit to support building more muscle mass. If you pursue this as a "bulking" phase, develop a little bit more bodyfat but more muscle mass, then w/ your current activity and I'm asuming your metabolism, you really should have no problem dropping any extra bodyfat you develop.

I"m saying I don't know how much lean muscle mass you can develop strictly w/o developing some small amount of bodyfat. So if you are keepign your carbs lower, that may be keeping you from building more muscle mass. Then you can cut the carbs later to strip off any extra bodyfat you gained along w/ the muscle mass - so you will cut the bodyfat but still have the muscle that you built with the fat.

You might want to post your goals on the diet board to get any suggestions on the diet that would best get you the lean muscle mass you want.

On it my calories will rise up my energy and strenght should be better but I may make extra pounds of fat but it is not high problem
