My Pics

MONSTROSITY

New member
I finally got around to posting my pics. Please click on the pre AS photo album to see the beginning of my transformation. I started lifting when I was 18 years old, 160 lbs at 6"1. I was always very lean as a teenager and gaining weight was not easy. When I was 25 years old I started using AS. I was able to get up to 235 lbs without AS. I am now 28 years old and I will take some new pics soon. I only had a couple post-AS pics. One pic was of a recent boat trip to Mex to get more AS. I have always been more interested in strength than bodybuilding, my Uncle was in the Olympics and held the world record in the javelin. I competed in track and field in College, now I compete in powerlifting and I have also done a few strongman comps. My most recent pic, is the 10 month old boat pic. I can't wait to post some pics after this cycle I am doing now (GH-first time, halo, ox, cyp)

Enjoy the pics, I hope others show their transformations.......it took 9 years to gain 100 lbs.

Hollyshit bro you changed alot since you were 18. I liked the pic when you were 26, althought the last pic you took shows some incredible arm mass. Props for you keep it up.

excellent progress.

I hope that the young guys here take note that it has been a 9 year journey for you to achieve and maintain the gains you have made.

It helps to reinforce the idea that BBing is a lifestyle/long term endeavor. Once I gave up the idea of "instant" results and changed my whole approach to lifting, weight gain, diet and training methods my time in the gym has been a pleasure and my gains maintainable. I'm up 45lbs in 5 years.

Good work! You and I have similar build I'm 260-270 depending on day but I'm only 5"11. I have never used AS, but I'm about to start 400Eq/wk and 30-40Var/day and a stirict diet and cardio to try and cut down and get a more solid/cut look. I would like to be down to a solid 240 at the end of 12 wks with a decrease in BF%. I was never really thin and cut like you were when you were 18-21 but damn you made a complete turn around and put on a bunch of mass and I want to do just the opposite cut up! Good work bro!

holy shit i hope i can get gains like that.. and use gear as a last to over come a platue (however you spell it) keep on training the build looks great:fro:

Nice growth bro. You should concider cutting down to the bodyfat that you were at pre AS you'd look pretty damn good. Great job & great record keeping. I never take any pics, I wish I had. I'm just now to the point where I am comfortable taking pics, I always want to be a little bigger before I have them taken so I end up never doing it. I still don't want my pics taken & I don't believe that I'm really all that small now. 6'5" 245 - 250 @ 10%BF I just feel the need to be bigger! AS are a wonderful thing!

You've done well. Its nice to see you've taken a long-term perspective and trained hard well before starting AS.

In my opinion, aesthetically you look best when you were 24. I don't know what your reasons for taking AS are (powerlifting ambitions I assume). In terms of sex appeal then you probably looked most appealing to the majority when you were 24. You look good at 26 too. If you dieted off the fat you are carrying in the age 27 pic you'd get the girls swooning (more than they are now).

Keep up the good work. Post your most recent pics ASAP.
