I am wrapping up my first cycle, Test E 300mg/week, and wanted to have some pictures for future reference. I have been working out for two years, have used prohormones a few times, and have used AAS once. I was 200lbs at the start of my cycle and am 216lbs in the following pictures. I am 5'9. A friend of mine tested my BF about 2 months ago, he told me between 13 and 14%. My diet has been very sloppy since then and I got tested at my gym yesterday and was told I was up to 17.5%! Time to go back to broiled salmon and sweet potatoes. I am pleased with my progress thus far, just a little pissed that I let my diet go for so long. I took these pictures for myself but thought hey, I've enjoyed this board for quite some time and I like to see other people’s progress so maybe others would like to see mine. Any feed back, good or bad, will be appreciated, I am thick skinned.
