my pct mentality... good thinking or no?

im now going into my pct i know that my stomach is gunna stay with some love handles until i do diet and cardio... my thinkin is this... idc if i keep some love handles just so long as my weight doesnt go down and my muscles dont loose size..

im home from school so i will just eat as much as i can , take some CEE and clen to help with protein synthesis. along with my clomid and nolva. no cardio and not really watching my diet, just try and keep the cals as high as possible so i dont loose ne weight


start lifting 4 times a week instead of 5-6 and do less sets... primarily go with how my body was feeling...


then ill worry about doing a leaner bulk and cutting a little in my next cycle which will start late feb


do some of u guys just say screw trying to cut up and keep all my gains ill just try and keep all my weight even if some of it is fat.

im not talking about u rich f*uckers that can afford igf-1 and no-explode and cell mass (just an example) and can eat chicken breast ed 4 times a day.


im also not that big of a genetic freak to come off and still maintain all my size even while im cutting and doing cardio and low cals
 
See im more for the cut look as opposed to the bulk look, but thats just me. Ive done bulker cycles but I keep my diet and shit in check; and I have a high metabolism so I end up loosing fat regardless most of the time when I come off anyways. I just came off a test/tren/winny cycle that kicked ass about a month or so ago. Sure I lost weight but it was bloat which I dont want anyways. My gf knows I juice and was happy to see that the bloat in my face has gone away. Even with Adex I still get some bloat; but you gotta expect some.
I would go for the more define look bro and the clen will defeinately help you get there without loosing muscle. I would change your workout too like you said. Im assuming that you were lifting low rep/heavy weight? Change it to high rep and lower the weight a tad see how thats treats you.

Clen = loose fat and gain muscle? Is this anecdotal or a fact... I was under the impresion clen was similar to a stimulant to crank up one's metabolism. Does it also increase protein synthesis? Hmm, going to have to do some searches now.

No...didnt say that it helps you gain muscle. What I meant was clens not like T3 which will make you loose fat very well but it will also make you loose muscle. Clen will help you loose fat (not as good as T3) but it wont effect your muscle gains like T3 would.

You can keep your muscle mass while burning fat as long as you do it properly.. clen supports burning fat while not affecting affecting your muscle mass opposed to t3 which will also cut your muscle mass and burn fat
