OK...

I thought I kept the link to my post a few months ago about my pct...I ended my tren and have Nolvadex and HCG.....But, I forgot what doses to take and for how long.... I am still on the test..But, have noticed a little crash since being off the tren and want to use the HCG and Nolva....

Help me brothers...

are you sure that you want to take nolva after a tren cycle?

if you are going to use HCG you should be using an AI, aromasin or AIFM preferably.

HCG dose 250-500iu, going higher typically just increases sides.

why would I not take the novladex after a tren.... I used aromasin throughout the entire cycle...

I thought nolva helped me post cycle?? with my pct..

That was spanish to me....My last post... a few months ago...People told me to take HCG something like 1000 m/w/f and then 40mg ed for 1 week then 20mg for 3 weeks...

trenbolone and nandrolone cause gyno via activity at the progesterone receptor as well as via prolactogenic effects (which are likely related to progesterone receptor activity).

nolva increases progesterone receptor expression, meaning that it can (though not necessarily does) aggravate issues caused by tren and nandrolone. NOLVA use is actually appears to be one of the main causes of post cycle gyno (there is a high correlation between nolva use after/with progestins and post cycle gyno)

Try his PCT, just add HCG to it.

Basically, it's Aromasin, nolvadex and, my addition, HCG. Run HCG 500IUs ED for 10 days at the start of your PCT. If you're afraid of using nolva, you can switch it up with clomid.

Use of nolva after a progestin cycle is one of the primary causes of post cycle gyno.

Consideering your cycle I would do the following

HCG 500 iu's ED for 10 days
Aramosin 20mg ED for 5 weeks
Clomid 150mg Day 1, 100mg Day 2, 3, 5 and 5, and 50mg ed for a total of 3 weeks.

You will have no post cycle gyno issues and will recover just fine.
