My package has been interdicted...advise please

I've been ordering meds from a pharmacy in New Zealand for the last 3.5 years without a problem. Today I received a form letter from U.S Customs telling me my package has been seized. I checked the box indicating I want the package referred to the FDA for review, but the letter states that per 21 U.S.C 353(B)(1) my package probably violates the law b/c there's no proof of a valid perscription. I'm fucking angry as hell.

The shipment they reference in the letter was actually the third order I placed with the pharmacy over a 3 week period b/c I didnt have enough money to place the entire order at once. They processed all three as seperate orders and mailed them at different times. So I'm wondering what happened to my first two orders b/c I never received a letter stated they'd been interdicted.

So my questions are, if they grabbed my first two orders, where are the letters about those, and is there any chance I'll ever get my medication?

That is a tough one...I would assume they can and will destroy it unless there is proof of a prescription. And I would say that an online pharm does not have a seizure re-ship clause in their garuntee.

It is possible that the first 2 got tied up in some country and didn't actually get caught but if that's the case they probably will get caught when customs see's the addy. It's also very possible that they just dissapeared in some foreign country never to be seen again, that has happened to me a few times in the last year,no note or nothing. Some overseas pharms do have reship policy's though,i'd check with them.

They were shipped airmail from New Zealand. There's no land between NZ and California so I'm afraid they must have been seized too.

Maybe the 1st package was seized-and your address was flagged-causing the last two to be held as well? The customs letter can come quite awhile after the initial package was seized-two more letters may be on the way. Or they have them all and they're counting all 3 packages as one order? A lot of overseas places used to mail single orders in seperate packages in hopes that at least a part of your order will make it through customs. I'd cut your losses and if someone shows up w/ a package at your door I wouldn't accept/sign for it. Even if the remainder of your order truly made it through, I'd rather have it returned to sender at this point. Don't be dumb, eat the lo$$ just in case they're trying to set you up.

I didnt order controlled substances like benzodiazapines or AAS so there's no danger of me being arrested.

I've been reading some stuff on the FDA site and found some letters from one of their attorney's noting the personal use provision that allows people to obtain limited quantities of meds. He went on to say that the Administration has latitude in decided what they seize per this provision. I just wish I knew who to call or to write to raise hell about this bullshit.

Don't stir a stinking turd. If you didn't have an Rx what you did was illegal-just not as illegal as it would be if it were AAS. Why draw unecessary attention to yourself over a few bucks? Try ordering ancilliaries from AG to give to your experimental lab rats legally. <wink-wink>
