Hi all,
For privacy reasons, I'm not comfortable enough to post a detailed log of my training & results before & after Ostarine & GW501516. However, here is what I'm willing to share...
First of all, I'm a mid-30s woman who was making steady lab-measurable progress without Sarms but just wanted a little boost to speed things along.
My Osta arrived a week before my GW. I started with a half dose. Within 1 week, I noticed when lifting (weights in the gym & heavy objects in everyday life) felt much easier, at least within the first 3-5 reps. I wasn't sure if this was possible or just placebo, but then my personal trainer commented with surprise on my sudden improvements in my workouts with him. I increased to a full dose in week 2. Its too soon to say more about potential impacts of Osta.
After my GW arrived, I started with a half dose, didn't notice anything (positive nor negative), so increased to a full dose after 4 days. Then I felt it right away. I have a persistent refreshing cool minty sensation with every inhale, from my nasal canal through my airways, deep into my lungs. It feels as though my sinuses are clearer, airways dilated and lung capacity increased. I feel like I can/want to breathe deeper & fuller. It makes me want to do lots of cardio.
I don't know if its possible that the GW is acting as a bronchodilator? I couldn't find any scientific nor even anecdotal reports on this matter. I could only find comments relating the "cool lungs" sensation to pneumonia, asthma, difficulty breathing, difficulty with cardio, pain/discomfort, running outside in cold weather esp while breathing through the mouth, etc, none of which apply. Although it feels amazing, this is a respiratory symptom, so I can't help but wonder if I should be worried about what is happening physiologically? I welcome any feedback on this specific "cool lungs" sensation from your experience, research, or even just speculation, especially if you happen to have any medical/science background.
Its too soon to be sure if this has actually caused any measurable improvements in my cardio performance. But I did notice 15min into an intense 20min cardio session that I had been breathing through my nose the entire time. This really surprised me. Before GW, I have *always* breathed through my mouth for cardio, all my life, as I felt I couldn't get enough air through my nose.
Then I noticed a negative impact on my SCUBA diving. The sensation of being able & wanting to breathe deeper resulted in a strong claustrophobic reaction when breathing through SCUBA, which I've never had before. I was probably taking deeper breaths than usual, and hence felt like I wasn't getting enough air. Mind you, I've only been SCUBA diving about half a dozen times so far. Anyway, I'm assuming that's just psychological & I will adapt.
I'm in week 4 for Osta & week 3 for GW. I've been eating almost perfectly for my needs but I haven't been training as hard as I wanted due to personal circumstances (damn it!), so I'll ramp things up soon, continue with the Sarms and report back periodically as I measure my progress.
PS — I can't remember my dosages off-hand. I will follow up when I get home.
