My "nothing processed" diet

I did this last spring/summer and plan on doing it this year. It might not work for everyone but it kicks ass for me.

I just eat six meals a day and only eat whole foods. That means nothing that is manufactured. No bread, pasta etc.

example -

meal 1 - 8 egg whites / 1 sweet potato

meal 2 - can of tuna over salad / sweet potato

meal 3 - chicken breast / brown rice

meal 4 - can of tuna over sald

meal 5 - chicken breast with broccoli

meal 6 - steak with sald

Nothing processed...very simple
 
Looks nice! I'd like to try something like this in the summer, but it's way too difficult right now with school, among other things, it's probably a bit more expensive.

I mean, I try to stay as natural/un-processed and clean as possible, but sometimes it just can't be helped.

Let us know how this works out for you.
 
It looks ok, but you're missing important EFAs in the diet, I would add some Olive oil, Flaxseed oil, Fish oil and some MCT oil.

Mr x. - I forgot to mention that I take 1tbs of flax in the morning and evening..along with my vitamins
 
Meal 2 or meal 3 is post workout... I do sometimes have a Whey/dextrose mix post workout...I usually don't do the post workout shake untill i'm at a point where I consider myself pretty lean!!
