I did this last spring/summer and plan on doing it this year. It might not work for everyone but it kicks ass for me.
I just eat six meals a day and only eat whole foods. That means nothing that is manufactured. No bread, pasta etc.
example -
meal 1 - 8 egg whites / 1 sweet potato
meal 2 - can of tuna over salad / sweet potato
meal 3 - chicken breast / brown rice
meal 4 - can of tuna over sald
meal 5 - chicken breast with broccoli
meal 6 - steak with sald
Nothing processed...very simple
