My next plan, please advise!!

My cycle, please advise!!

for the past two months went from 185 to ~190(5'10) while dropping 2% bf and gaining strength on only ox and arimidex. I really slammed diet and got a good groove for training. My next phase 2 will start today:


400mg/wk Cyp for weeks 1-???(maybe 12-14)
37.5 mg BTG Ox wks 1-5(to help maintain hardness/strength until the cyp kicks in)

.25 mg arimidex ed
Proscar
Saw Palmetto
Yohimburn applied 1x ed
NYC before lifting days


Looking to drop another 2% bf to get to sub-10% and reach around 210 pounds. My diet is excellent(I don't drink alcohol really ever, never drink soda, very infrequently drink juice, ONLY water really, high protein/low carbs, no shit like hot dogs etc)

Am I missing any ancilliaries? I will NOT add more gear, this is plenty for my goals. I say this will be my first REAL cycle, because one I did last summer had shit diet and lackluster training. Now, I'm an animal.

Ok If you drop 2% BF and gain 20lbs, you are asking for a 26+LBM GAIN. I dont see that happening. If you are trying to get below 10% BF, you wont gain much in total weight. You goals are not reachable.

To gain 20 lbs, you must consume a lot of food, especially protien. You wont loose to much fat trying to gain 20lbs. I think you need to rethink your goals.

Your cycle is mild and I like that, but you wont gain the weight you think, but you can drop the BF, which could possibly make it appear like a 20lbs gain.

I think 400mg at 14 weeks is a bit much. I'd say 10 weeks and add in some HCG. LAWNSAVER, in some other thread, suggested 500iu every Sat. and Sun. based on some info from a doc who's had a lot of success using it that way, it sounds like a plan to me. You might want to also consider some of BAC's Avena Sativa. Good luck with it.
